Police think they know what one man is – a four-time robber – but they hope the public can help fill in "who" and "where" for a fellow who they say has held up three restaurants and a drug store since Nov. 21.
The man is black, is about 6 feet tall and has long dreadlocks, police said in a statement asking for the public’s assistance. He has worn a bandana or ski mask over his face each time.
He also has shown a handgun every time, police said.
Police have a picture of him from a security camera.
The four robberies that detectives think are the work of this one man happened at Raleigh Pharmacy at 927 W. Morgan St. on Nov. 21, a Jimmy John’s restaurant at 5011 Falls of Neuse Road on Nov. 27, a Subway restaurant at 706 W. Peace St. on Dec. 5 and Hungry Howie’s at 1814 Oberlin Road on Dec. 13.
