A 44-year-old man was arrested Tuesday on charges of having almost 7 pounds of marijuana and 3.45 ounces of methamphetamine and using a Raleigh apartment to sell those, heroin and other drugs.
Police took Christopher Franklin Henry into custody Tuesday afternoon.
Police charged that he used the apartment on Grand Estate Drive and listed that as his address in an arrest warrant, but Henry gave jail booking officers an address on Cokesbury Park Lane, a Fuquay-Varina address.
According to the arrest warrant, which police obtained Monday, Henry had 98 grams of meth that day and 3,062 grams of marijuana that day.
