A man wanted by Hillsborough police for a shooting during a robbery attempt in December has been captured by a U.S. Marshals Service task force that found him at an apartment complex in Greensboro.
Jermarise Dejuann Bolden, 24, was named in arrest warrants that police took out in February.
The Joint Fugitive Task Force got information Friday about where they could find Bolden and joined with Greensboro police to arrest him without incident, a marshals’ spokesman said.
The warrants charge that Bolden was the person who approached two people on Torain Street last Dec. 23 and had a gun pointed at them while the man demanded their property, the marshals said.

Court records showed Bolden is due in an Orange County courtroom May 18.
