A woman has turned herself into police after a Facebook Live video showed her intentionally driving a car into another woman related to a romantic dispute, according to police.
A bystander captured Shadasia Ellison, 19, on video running her car into Tameka Cooper, also 19, on Willard Street in Wilmington Monday afternoon, television station WWAY reported. Ellison then followed up with social media posts of her own, in which she warned other people interested in her man.
“The next ***** that’s thinking about ******* with my baby daddy, ***** you better be car repellent, because if I see your ***, I’ma vroom,” Ellison says in the video.
New Hanover County arrest records show Ellison was charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, felony hit and run with injury, reckless driving and misdemeanor child abuse.
