Dashcam video from Wake deputy Cameron Broadwell's car shows his arrival at the scene where Raleigh police officers are dealing with a man in the street. Broadwell releases his dog on the subject and mentions punching the subject in the face.
Prosecutors have released dashcam video of a 2017 shootout between Daniel Clary and two Pennsylvania troopers following a traffic stop. One trooper was severely injured. Clary was convicted of attempted murder.
Raphael Maurice Rogers is be seen getting out of Trooper Baker's patrol vehicle. At that point, a trooper warns him that a stun-gun would be used against him. Officers and Rogers cannot be seen on camera, but an audio recording captures the struggle.
