A North Carolina State University student was facing three counts of statutory rape on Monday for what sheriff's investigators said was an incident with a 15-year-old girl in March.
Patrick David Narmi, 21, surrendered at the Wake County Detention Center on Friday after Wake County sheriff’s deputies obtained an arrest warrant a day earlier.
