A man whom police had been seeking in connection with an Aug. 28 killing was arrested Tuesday by the U.S. Marshals Service's Joint Fugitive Task Force, police said.
The task force took Patrick Armond Garrison, 31, into custody after they located him at his home at 9017 Willington Place, arrest records showed. He is charged with being an accessory after the fact in the shooting death of Glenn Tashaun Lee.
Garrison’s brother, Walter Britt Garrison, 33, is charged with murder in an arrest warrant obtained by police, but he remained at large Wednesday.
Patrick Garrison was being held on $1 million bail pending a first appearance in court Wednesday.
Lee was found behind a house in the 400 block of North Allen Road.
Police asked that anyone with information about where Walter Britt Garrison is call them at 919-554-6150. All calls may remain confidential.
