Police on Wednesday arrested a 25-year-old man on four indecent-exposure charges and violating a parole he began in late September after being convicted of indecent exposure and taking indecent liberties with a child.
Investigators had identified Wayne Antonio Morris of Durham as a suspect in incidents Oct. 27, Nov. 2 and Nov. 5 in which women reported a man exposing himself outside their windows, and they had taken out arrest warrants for him Wednesday morning.
Early Wednesday afternoon, a woman reported a man exposing himself outside her window in the 800 block of east Main Street, and police arrested Morris on Commerce Street shortly afterward.
Police charged him with the Wednesday incident and the earlier three.

Morris was held without bail because he also was accused of violating a parole that state records show he began Sept. 25 after serving just over two years in prison for taking indecent liberties with a child in 2012 and 2013 and indecent exposure in 2013.
