Kayla Jamel Williams, 16, was charged early Monday with assaulting two people with a knife on Saturday, according to Wake County arrest records.
Police charged Williams with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, and a magistrate set his bail at $100,000.
Capt. Ann Stephens, who commands Apex police investigators, said one man was taken to a hospital and released after being treated for stab wounds. The other man required hospitalization for stab wounds, but has been released, she said.
The incident happened on Ada Street, Stephens said.

Police said in an arrest warrant that a fixed-blade knife was used to attack the two victims.
They arrested Williams at the town police station shortly after midnight, according to records.
Stephens said the incident remained under investigation Monday, and she declined to discuss other details of the case.
