Timothy Maurice Bullock, 67, was arrested by police Wednesday evening on charges of statutory rape or sexual offense involving a 13-year-old and taking indecent liberties with a different child.
One arrest warrant accused Bullock of one count of statutory rape and said it happened between Nov. 15, 2012, and Aug. 4, 2014. A second warrant included two counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor and cited the period from Aug. 4, 2014, to Nov. 19 this year.
The minimal identification that police use in warrants involving crimes against minors indicated different people were involved. Statutory rape covers 13-, 14- and 15-year-olds. Taking indecent liberties applies in cases with victims under 16 years old.
Bullock was held at the Wake County Detention Center in lieu of $600,000 and scheduled for a court appearance Thursday.
