A Greensboro man has been jailed in Durham, charged with being the person who robbed people in parking lots several times in April.
Justin Edwards Spears, 25, who lives on Spring Garden Road in Greensboro, already was in custody in the Guilford County Jail on separate charged. He was moved to Durham on Sunday, Durham police said.
Investigators charged Spears with robbery at gunpoint once on April 6 and three times on April 12.
When a victim hesitated on April 12, police said, the suspect shot up two cars in a Mayfair Street parking lot. In some of the crimes, police said the man came at his victims with a gun in each hand.
