A 37-year-old Wake Forest man was arrested Wednesday on charges that he sneaked naked photos of a female relative and a friend of hers last month.

Police said in arrest warrants that Aurelio Tolentino of 316 W. Chestnut Ave. took two photos of one woman on May 1 and a photo of the other on May 21.

Tolentino was charged with three counts of peeping by using a photo-imaging device, which is a felony. Police said the incidents happened at homes.

Tolentino was held in lieu of $20,000 bail, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials filed paperwork asking that Tolentino be held for 48 hours while they investigated and that he be turned over to them for possible deportation when his state court case is finished.

Tolentino was born in Mexico, ICE stated.
