Police on Monday charged a man with 94 counts of violating a domestic protection order and one count of felony stalking because of calls, emails and text messages he had sent in recent weeks, they said.
James Raymond Dickson, 53, of Durham was jailed without bail pending a court appearance scheduled for July 6.
Investigators obtained arrest warrants Monday because of communication Dickson had in “the last few weeks” with the woman who obtained the protection order, police spokeswoman Kammie Michael said.
He also had been charged earlier with domestic criminal trespass, according to court records. he has an Aug. 9 court date on that charge.
