Wake County parents will have to wait two more weeks before they can speak in person to the school board.
The school board meeting on Thursday has now been canceled because of the hazardous road conditions following this week’s storm. That meeting had been rescheduled from Tuesday.
The relatively few items on this week’s meeting agenda will now be added to the next regularly scheduled board meeting on March 3. Topics include placing an enrollment cap on Enloe High School, a public hearing on the reunification of East Wake High School and final adoption of a policy extending due-process rights to teachers now that the state has eliminated career status.
