Gov. Pat McCrory has appointed two new members of the state Board of Transportation, H. Terry Hutchens and Patrick Molamphy.
Hutchens is the managing partner at Hutchens Law Firm in Fayetteville. He has been a licensed attorney for 37 years and has represented some of the largest residential construction companies in the country. Hutchens is also the director and chairman of the Board of Directors in the Greater Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, director of the Fayetteville Economic Development Corporation and president of the Cumberland County Bar Association. He represents the 6th Division.
Molamphy is the owner of Molamphy Insurance, LLC and Albemarle Oil Company, which owns and operates numerous convenience store gas stations and fast-food restaurants throughout 17 cities in the Carolinas. He represents the 8th Division.
