Hillary Clinton will be in Raleigh on Wednesday evening, but seeing her will set you back $2,700.

The Democratic Party’s presidential frontrunner is coming to town for a private fundraiser at the home of George and Christine Reddin. George Reddin is an investment banker with FMI Capital Advisors.

Tickets for the event require a $2,700 donation to Clinton’s campaign. The campaign has announced no public appearances in North Carolina during the trip.

The privacy of the visit prompted criticism from N.C. Republican Party Chairman Hasan Harnett.

“It is no surprise that on her first visit to North Carolina, Hillary Clinton is attending a high-dollar Raleigh fundraiser and isn't talking to voters about the serious issues families care about in our state,” Harnett said in a news release. “No wonder she is losing ground and viewed as out of touch when she continues to avoid the tough questions North Carolinians have for her over her support for bigger government, higher taxes and the dangerous Iran deal.”

For those hoping Clinton might pop up around Raleigh unannounced, Dome notes the Glenwood Avenue Chipotle restaurant is conveniently located between the Reddin home and the airport.
