Tim Minton is returning to the Legislative Building as a lobbyist for his former employer, the N.C. Home Builders Association.
Minton will be director of government affairs for the association. He was director of political affairs and lobbyist for the organization about a decade ago, when he left to become executive vice president of the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-wake County.
More recently, he was president of Operation Coming Home, a foundation that provides custom homes to injured combat veterans.
Mike Carpenter, the state home organization’s executive vice president and general counsel, and Steven Webb comprise the rest of the lobbying team.
