Domecast, our weekly podcast on government and politics in North Carolina, is ready for the weekend of Nov. 7-8.

This week features an interview with Joe Neff of The News & Observer, who broke a story about Gov. Pat McCrory’s meeting with a prison contractor and campaign donor who sought to expand the contract.

Then the N&O’s Craig Jarvis talks about an Ethics Commission review that cleared McCrory in a separate incident, and Colin Campbell of the N&O discusses the retirement of polarizing state Sen. Bob Rucho. The program wraps up with Headliners of the Week.

Patrick Gannon of The Insider hosts.
