The campaign to convince voters to approve a $2 billion borrowing package released a video on Thursday.
The Connect N.C. campaign committee will distribute it online — through emails to supporters, Facebook, YouTube and its website — but not as a paid ad. Television advertising also began this week.
Most of the bond funding would go to building or rehabilitating community college and university facilities. The rest of it would go to state parks, the zoo, sewer and water projects and National Guard facilities.
