Big rig trailer bottoms out, becomes stuck on train track in Wake Forest

The trailer of an 18-wheeler bottomed out and became stuck on the railroad track at Brick Street near North White Street in Wake Forest on Friday morning, according to the town.

The town reported the tractor trailer being stuck shortly before 9 a.m.

Police notified the railroad company to delay train traffic. Officers are on scene and the town is advising motorists to avoid the area until the truck can be towed off the track.
