How’s the Beltline - Fortify traffic working out for you?

Commuters, employers and truckers feared the worst when the state Department of Transportation began a three-year project to rebuild 11.5 miles of Raleigh’s southern Beltline. And so did DOT.

But many drivers say the traffic delays have been manageable.

How’s the project DOT calls “Fortify” working out for you and your driving? Have you changed your rush hour route – or your routine? Is your business suffering? Are you making it home on time for supper?

Please share your #BeltlineJam experience with me via phone (919-829-4527), email (bsiceloff@newsobserver.com) or Twitter. I would appreciate your contact info, so I can call you back.

Or you can “like” my new Facebook page (facebook.com/SiceloffReporter/) and share your Beltline perspective there, too.
