Frontier Airlines is promoting an expansion at Raleigh-Durham International Airport with a fare sale – today (Thursday) only – selling tickets to three cities for as low as $20 one-way.
After taking the winter off, the Denver-based low-fare airline is resuming its warm-months service from RDU to four cities this week, and adding flights to three more cities: Orlando, Philadelphia and Atlanta.
The $20 fares for these three new destinations come with plenty of limitations that are explained in a news release but not on the airline website.
The tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. Thursday. These fares are available for trips April 26 through May 24 or Aug. 23 through Oct. 26, excluding Sept. 6 – and only for one day a week (either Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on the thrice-weekly service schedule) to or from each city.
