Regarding the Oct. 21 news article “ Crawford, Barefoot spending big on ads”: As a note to Chad Barefoot’s re-election committee, I am more worried about where his allegiances lie than I am about Sarah Crawford’s.
In the past few weeks, my household has been buried under an avalanche of mailers from Barefoot’s committee. Enough already, I get it, Crawford is responsible for everything except maybe the earthquake in San Francisco in 1906.
How about talking about the issues instead of a constant barrage of useless negative ads? I am pretty sure I am not the only one tired of taking a recycle bin full of useless mailers without reading them to the trash so it can fill up the local recycle facilities.
