Duke senior Quinn Cook was named ACC Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.
Cook averaged 21.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.0 steals per game as Duke improved to 22-3 with road wins against Florida State and Syracuse.
Wake Forest: Freshman forward Konstantinos Mitoglou was named the ACC Rookie of the Week.
He is the first Demon Deacon to receive Rookie of the Week honors since Devin Thomas in 2013. He averaged 19.5 points and 5.5 rebounds while shooting 63 percent (12-for-19) from 3-point range in Wake Forest’s two games last week.

She averaged 13 points and seven rebounds in wins at UNC Asheville and at home against High Point and also added 10 steals, nine assists and a pair of blocks, both of which came in the final minute against the Panthers.
St. Augustine’s: Saint Augustine’s won its 18th consecutive men’s crown and Winston-Salem State captured its second women’s title in five meets on the final day of the CIAA Indoor Men’s and Women’s Track & Field Championships at JDL Fast Track on Monday.
Immanuel Hutchinson of Saint Augustine’s University was named Men’s Field Most Valuable Performer.
Tajanel McNeill of Winston-Salem State was named the Women’s Field Most Valuable Performer.
CIAA: CIAA commissioner Jacqie McWilliams and eight track & field student-athletes including Cherrisse Lynch of Saint Augustine’s were on hand to donate supplies to The Bethesda Center during a community service presentation at the Indoor Track & Field Championships at JDL Fast Track on Monday.
The CIAA donated kitchenware and personal items to representatives of The Bethesda Center, the leading provider of shelter and services for homeless men and women in Forsyth County. It is the only day shelter in the community.
