The Triangle Independent Schools Athletic Conference might be the best top-to-bottom volleyball conference in the Triangle. Defending conference champ Durham Academy plays host to the semifinals and finals. Wake Christian and St. Mary’s have two of the top players in the state in Hailey Brooke McFadden and Maddie Plumlee, respectively. Cary Academy has been the league’s strongest program over the past five years, playing in four state semifinals.
Ravenscroft has spent most of the season as a 1-loss team until recent weeks and North Raleigh Christian usurped the Ravens to win the regular-season title.
