GPA: 4.3

Athletics: Softball

Favorite course: Health Science/Sports Medicine

I was fascinated to learn: The effects of exercise on the cardiovascular system.

Most inspiring teacher: Roy Moore was my freshman English teacher at FVHS. He was a great teacher and always challenged me to do my best.

A book that impacted my life: City of Bones by Cassandra Clare. The book taught me how to adapt to new situations and to be strong for my friends and family.

It is hard to believe that we used to: Separate people just by the color of their skin.

My favorite charity is: Operation Christmas Child

The world's biggest problem is: Hatred and intolerance. It is devastating that people are hated and punished and for the color of their skin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation etc.

Who epitomizes a good American: Our military troops. They are willing to fight, leave their families and give their lives not only for the land that they love, but for people they have never even met.

Inspiration: Bethany Hamilton, a Christian athlete and surfer who lost her arm to a Tiger shark.

Ideal guest list: Jesus Christ, Derek Jeter, and Florence Nightingale

Something that you enjoy that would surprise people: Deer hunting

I wish I had been there for: The discovery of North America, the “New World”.
