What to Watch on Wednesday: Raleigh cook gets a shot at team captain on ‘MasterChef’

MasterChef (8 p.m., Fox) -- The remaining 19 contestants — which include Raleigh’s Juni Cuevas — divide into teams and cook for Season 7 winner Shaun O’Neale’s wedding. Juni gets to be a team captain tonight.

Kingdoms of the Sky: The Rockies (9 p.m., PBS / UNC-TV) -- This three-part series, made in conjunction with BBC's Natural History Unit, examines three iconic mountain ranges: the Rockies, the Himalaya and the Andes. In tonight's opener, cougars, wolverines, wolves and grizzlies are among the inhabitants of the Rocky Mountains, a U.S. mountain range spanning 3,000 miles.

Gordon Ramsay’s To Hell and Back (9 p.m., Fox) -- Ramsay updates the menu and the decor at Sherman’s Restaurant in Greenville, Mississippi.
