What to Watch on Wednesday: The CW debuts a new legal drama, ‘Burden of Truth’

Burden of Truth (8 p.m., The CW) — This Canadian legal drama stars Kristin Kreuk (“Beauty and the Beast”) as Joanna Hanley, a big city attorney who returns to her small hometown to settle a case against her big-Pharma client, but realizes she may be fighting for the wrong side. It also stars Peter Mooney (“Rookie Blue”) and Alex Carter (“NCIS”).



Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back (9 p.m., Fox)
Chef Ramsay tries to save Fetch Bistro, a restaurant in Witchita, Kansas, that serves people and dogs.



Colony (10 p.m., USA) — Will makes a sacrifice to protect his family in the Season 3 finale. Due to this show’s very recent cancellation, this will also be the series finale
