Kemper on Kemper: Inside the Mind of a Serial Killer (8 p.m., Oxygen) - This two-hour special features extensive interviews with serial killer Ed Kemper, also known as the Co-Ed Killer, who murdered and dismembered 10 people from 1969 to 1973, including his own mother. Kemper was interviewed extensively in prison by former FBI agent John Douglas, who helped start the FBI’s Behavioral Science Unit. (If you watched “Mindhunter” on Netflix, you remember Kemper very well.) Kemper’s crimes were especially heinous and he evaded capture for many years. The special will feature never before seen audio and video footage from Kemper’s interviews and will explore Kemper’s troubled history, intellect, and evolution.

Love of Course (8 p.m., Hallmark) - A helicopter mom follows her daughter to college and lands a job on campus. When she meets a charismatic professor, she learns more about herself and discovers a life of her own. It stars stars Kelly Rutherford and Cameron Mathison.
