Legacies (9 p.m., The CW) - In this spinoff of “The Vampire Diaries” and “The Originals,” the next generation of supernatural beings comes of age in the most unconventional way possible. Under the guidance of headmaster Alaric Saltzman, the beings are nurtured to be their best selves, in spite of their worst impulses. It stars Danielle Rose Russell, Matthew Davis, Peyton Alex Smith and Zach Roerig.

S.W.A.T. (10 p.m., CBS) - Hondo and Lina try to infiltrate and take back a cruise ship that’s under siege by drug smugglers.

Decorating Disney: Halloween Magic (10 p.m., Freeform) - A spooky behind-the-scenes look at how Halloween “spirits” spread throughout the Disney parks, as dedicated cast mebmers bring the holidays to life with pumpkins, ghosts and ghoulish delights.
