Adam Sandler is taking his comedy on the road. Here’s when he comes to Raleigh
Large laughs are on the way this fall when Adam Sandler brings his tour to Raleigh.
The beloved comedian, actor and producer will take the stage at PNC Arena on Nov. 13.
Sandler announced his 15-city tour on Monday, which will kick off in Allentown, Pa., in late October. Pre-sale for tickets will begin on Sept. 15 at 10 a.m.
In recent years, the former “Saturday Night Live” star has spent the majority of his time working on film projects through Netflix. The streaming service hosted his 2018 standup comedy special, “100% Fresh,” which The New York Times called then “hist most satisfying work since ‘Punch Drunk Love.’” He has since received acclaim for his starring role in the 2019 film, “Uncut Gems,” winning the Independent Spirit Award for Best Male Lead in 2020.
Sandler is the latest in a slew of comedy stars to announce visits to the Triangle this season.
On Oct. 16, DPAC will host legendary comedic duo Steve Martin and Martin Short. Later this fall, Wanda Sykes, Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias, “Weird Al” Yankovic, Lewis Black and Johnathan Van Ness will all have local performances.
