The cultural phenomenon that is J. Cole’s Dreamville Festival returns to Raleigh, N.C. with hip-hop stars 21 Savage, Ludacris, Erykah Badu, Ari Lennox and more.

The fifth and final festival draws performers and thousands of fans from around the world to Dix Park for two days of concerts and cultural events. City officials have already announced a contract for a new music festival under the Dreamville label.
