'RHOM' Star Lisa Hochstein Released from Custody After Allegedly Spying on Ex-Husband
The Real Housewives of Miamistar Lisa Hochstein has been released from police custody after turning herself in to authorities.
Hochstein is accused of unlawfully recording her ex-husband Lenny Hochstein during their divorce proceedings. Lisa was released on Wednesday, April 15 and was accompanied by her attorney.
Upon release, Lisa told CBS News Miami, "I love all my fans - thanks for the support."
Lisa's attorney barred any questions from reporters regarding the allegations, stating, "Come on. We're not talking about recordings. We're talking about taking a shower, and getting out of here. We're starting the process, that's all it is - hopefully we resolve very soon".
Lisa's ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, is also facing charges in connection with the unlawful recordings. Glidden was taken into custody on Sunday, April 12 and was released that Samy day on a $5,000. Glidden pleaded not guilty to the charges. Lisa and Glidden are both facing one felony count of illegally intercepting "oral statements by Leonard Hochstein and those Leonard Hochstein spoke with," according to court documents.
Lisa and Lenny were married for 13 years before separating in 2022. The pair finalized their divorce in 2024 and share two children together.
The Real Housewives of Miami was paused indefinitely due to low ratings after the show's seventh season concluded in October 2025.
