According to BNK FearX, the decision to bench Diable was influenced by multiple internal factors, including a recent incident in which he did not attend a scheduled fan meeting. The organization stated that despite continued efforts from staff and coaching personnel to ensure his participation, the commitment was not fulfilled.
BNK FearX highlighted that fulfilling obligations to fans is considered a fundamental responsibility for all players, regardless of individual performance. The organization also pointed to repeated internal rule and commitment issues as part of the broader context behind the decision.
"We believe that honoring commitments to fans and maintaining professionalism are values that must never be taken lightly," BNK FearX stated.
Diable, who developed through the organization's system, has now been moved out of the main roster and into the Challenger team structure as part of the decision. BNK FearX noted that while the move is disciplinary in nature, it also serves as an opportunity for reflection and player development.
The organization also issued an apology to fans who attended the affected fan meeting, acknowledging disappointment caused by the situation. BNK FearX stated it will strengthen internal management and player education systems to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Further evaluation of roster-related measures remains ongoing as the organization continues to assess team structure and long-term development plans.
