Caesars Entertainment to be bought by Fertitta Entertainment for $17.6 billion
Caesars Entertainment said on Thursday it would be acquired by Fertitta Entertainment in an all-cash transaction valued at about $17.6 billion, including the assumption of about $11.9 billion of outstanding debt.
