Paramount seeks EU approval for Warner Bros acquisition

BRUSSELS - Paramount Skydance Corp sought EU antitrust approval on Tuesday to buy Warner Bros Discovery, a European Commission filing showed.

The Commission, which acts as the EU's competition enforcer, set a July 7 deadline for its decision.
