Did Stephen Miller's Wife, Katie Miller, Have Her 4th Baby?
The White House baby boom keeps going. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt gave birth to her second child, daughter Vivi, on May 1. And now, just over one month late, it looks like conservative podcaster and wife of White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Advisor StephenMiller, KatieMiller, may also have had her baby.
Miller announced her pregnancy on December 31, 2025, posting a pic from President Donald Trump's New Year's Eve party at Mar-a-Lago. While she didn't reveal her due date, there was some speculation that she could give birth in the early summer (based on the size of her belly bump on New Year's Eve).
Miller made waves in early May when she posted a carousel of belly-baring pregnancy photos on Instagram with the caption, "The most feminist thing you can do is make babies. Baby four coming soon, but not soon enough." While her supporters applauded the statement, critics panned the soon-to-be mom, writing comments such as, "The most feminist thing you can do is whatever you want."
Has Katie Miller shared her due date?
While Katie hasn't exactly said anything about the timing of baby number four's birthday, she recently dropped a pretty big hint on her Instagram Stories - and it was a delivery.
No, it wasn't her delivery. Instead, it was a pic of an open delivery box with a cheesepizza inside. If you're wondering what delivery pizza has to do with Miller's actual delivery, the pizza isn't the clue. It's the background that fans took note of.
The pizza box is carefully placed on top of a hospital bed. And that's not the only context the mom of four includes. Even though she doesn't include a caption or any other explanation, the background certainly looks a lot like a labor and delivery room.
Is it possible Miller just gave birth and is posting a photo of a well-deserved post-push meal? It certainly is. But for now we'll have to wait for an actual announcement from the Millers.
How many children do Katie and Stephen Miller have?
The newest addition to the White House staffer's family makes the Millers a party of six. Stephen and Katie married in February of 2020 at the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C. Their first child, daughter Mackenzie, was born in November 2020. Son Jackson followed in February 2022. The couple had another son, Hudson, in September of 2023.
