Sephiroth will have a new English voice actor in Final Fantasy VII Revelation. A new voice for the iconic villain is one of the biggest changes ahead of the game's release. Here's everything we know about Sephiroth's new English voice actor.
Who Voices Sephiroth in Final Fantasy VII Revelation?
Travis Willingham will be providing Sephiroth's English voice in Final Fantasy VII Revelation. The American voice actor announced on his official X account that he's been cast for the role. He will be replacing Tyler Hoechlin, who voiced Sephiroth in Remake and Rebirth.
I'm absolutely honored to join the incredible cast of @finalfantasyvii & taking up the mantle of Sephiroth in this third installment. I know how important he is to so many, and I come at this with absolute respect & heart.

Another Superman Voices Sephiroth
Sephiroth has a history of being voiced by Superman actors. His most popular English voice actor, George Newbern, voiced Superman in the Justice League animated series. He provided Sephiroth's English voice in Kingdom Hearts II and in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children until Dissidia Final Fantasy NT.
Tyler Hoechlin took over as Sephiroth's English voice starting in Final Fantasy VII Remake, Rebirth, and Crisis Core: Reunion. He portrayed Clark Kent and Superman in the CW's Supergirl and in Superman & Lois television series.
Travis Willingham will be the third English Superman and the fourth Superman overall to voice Sephiroth. He voiced Superman in various DC animated films. Meanwhile, Sephiroth's Japanese voice actor Toshiyuki Morikawa voiced Superman in the Japanese dub of The Lego Movie.
Final Fantasy VII Revelation is scheduled for release in early 2027. It will conclude the Final Fantasy VII Remake trilogy.
