Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO's Separation Date Revealed

New details have come out regarding the timeline of Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO's split after the news that the singer had filed for divorce.

TMZ reports that Jelly Roll filed the petition on May 18, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. And with that, he listed the date of separation as May 9, 2026, which was just a little over a week before he went on to file.

The two married on August 30, 2016, with a source telling TMZ that the divorce was a "mutual decision by the two and a private family matter."

Hours after the news, TMZ posted photos of a moving truck outside the home the couple shared. In the photos, it was unclear exactly who was moving out, but neighbors who spoke with the outlet said it was the first time they had seen a moving truck at the house.

The singer also hinted at news of the split just hours before the news came out, with a video shared showing her lip-syncing and dancing to Nickelback's breakup song, "How You Remind Me."

The news of the split also comes just a few months after Bunnie XO released her memoir Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, where she opened up about her relationship with Jelly Roll.

"J wasn't the man he is today back in 2015," she wrote, "when we met, and a year later, he was still bouncing couch to couch and living in his brown van, Bertha."

"J wasn't my type-I love tough guys, or goth, emo boys in eyeliner," she added. "I wasn't his type either. So why the hell was my soul telling me there he is the minute we met? I couldn't explain it. And I didn't know how he thought about me at all. I had a hunch, but I wasn't sure."

The two ultimately got married at Las Vegas' Stained Glass Wedding Chapel in August 2016 and then went on to renew their vows in 2023. But, the two had a lot of ups and downs in their relationship.
