Air Shakur Stats And Skills

Air Shakur is primarily an End Closer for Medium and Long distances. Her stat growth is concentrated on Wit at 30% bonus, which reduces her reliance on strong Wit cards but increases pressure on her other stats.

When near the inner rail midpack on the final corner or later, calculate the path to victory, increasing velocity and ability to navigate smoothly on the final straight.

Air Shakur's unique skill has several activation conditions, leading to inconsistency across tracks. She has to be in midpack (4th-7th in CM) and close to the rail in the final corner, then her skill can activate on the final straight.

Due to inner rail mechanics, she prefers to run on longer tracks (>2400m) such as the Japanese Derby or Tenno Sho Spring, where runners are more spread out and have ample space to take the inner lane. Air Shakur's unique skill synergizes well with many Long-only skills, such as [Inside Scoop] and [Feature Act], as it grants her enough speed to catch up to umas near the front. End Closers are also favored for Long tracks due to [Straightaway Spurt] being a valid acceleration skill for most of these races.

Should You Pull Analysis

Air Shakur

Strengths

  • Easy to max out her Wit stat (30% growth)
  • Strong mid-race and late-race skills

Weaknesses

  • No strong recovery or Stamina growth for Long races
  • Zero access to important End Closer skills such as [Uma Stan] or [Straightaway Spurt]
  • [E] Mile starting aptitude is tricky in Trackblazer

Air Shakur is a decently strong End Closer with access to many velocity skills, as well as a final corner unique skill, which comes in handy in Long races. She also has access to [Elated], which is a reliable mid-race skill that lets her run Medium races with ease.

Her 30% growth in Wit, paired with SSR Mr. C.B., is an excellent combo that grants several strong End Closer hints as well as [Daring Strike]. However, this trait also demands a stronger combination of her other cards to compensate for the lack of other stat growth. Since she doesn't have any innate recovery skills, SSR Super Creek and its [Swinging Maestro] skill are almost necessary to make sure she has enough endurance on Long tracks.
