Theater Picks: ‘The Miraculous and the Mundane’ at Manbites Dog
Durham-based playwright Howard L. Craft’s new drama, “The Miraculous and the Mundane,” begins a two-week run Friday at Durham’s Manbites Dog Theater. Joseph Megel directs this workshop co-production with Streetsigns Center for Literature and Performance, which concerns an African-American Durham family whose kinship ties begin to fall apart after the father figure dies.
