This drew more than 125,000 people to downtown Raleigh last year. Expect big things again. The family-friendly event will have lots of bikes on display but also thrill shows, sidewalk entertainment and more.
Home Show
The Southern Ideal Home Show will have HGTV’s “Love It or List It” co-host Hilary Farr, plus more than 300 of the area’s top home and garden pros. Farr does two Q&A sessions on Saturday, at noon and at 3:30 p.m..

Mule Days

The annual town-wide celebration continues through the weekend and features rodeos, a mule pulling contest, arts and crafts, vendors, street dances, carnival rides, a parade, bluegrass shows and more.
N.C. Pride
10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday; Duke’s East Campus, 1336 Campus Drive, Durham; free; ncpride.org/pride
The N.C. Pride Parade and Festival is the largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered event in a five-state area. In addition to the parade, expect bands, vendors, a drag king show, a drag queen race and more.
Fiesta del Pueblo
