Book giveaway: Jim Gaffigan’s ‘Food: A Love Story’

Jim Gaffigan is not only one of the most popular stand-up comedians in the world and the star of a new TV Land sitcom, he’s also the New York Times best-selling author of “Dad is Fat.”

His latest book, “Food: A Love Story,” further investigates his life passion: eating. Chapters touch on the geography of American food, family dinners and the search for the perfect burger. A chapter called “Eating in BBQLand” notes that his most memorable barbecue experience took place in Kansas City (sorry). A subcategory, called “Southern Comfort,” points out how unhealthy “southern food” is, paying particular interest to biscuits & gravy and grits.
