What to Watch on Friday: Dateline interviews relatives of Colorado mom Kelsey Berreth

Dateline NBC (9 p.m., ABC) - This timely episode, titled “Devil’s Bargain,” covers the murder of Colorado mother Kelsey Berreth, who was last seen grocery shopping on Thanksgiving 2018 before disappearing. Berreth’s fiancé Patrick Frazee was ultimately charged and convicted in November in the first degree bludgeoning death of Berreth. Last week, Idaho nurse Krystal Lee Kenney was sentenced to three years in prison for helping Frazee clean up the crime scene and dispose of Berreth’s body. NBC’s Andrea Canning interviews Berreth’s relatives, Scott and Kim Morin. The special also includes exclusive interviews with jurors in the Frazee trial, as well as video evidence and crime scene photos that have never aired on television.

Locke & Key (Netflix) - In this new original series, three Locke siblings and their mother move into their ancestral home after the father is murdered under mysterious circumstances. They discover that Keyhouse is full of magical keys that may be connected to their father’s death. From the creators of “Lost,” “Bates Motel” and “The Haunting of Hill House,” this is an adaptation from the best-selling comic book series by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez.

Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet (Apple TV+) - This new series, created by Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day and Megan Ganz, follows a team of video game developers as they navigate the challenges of running a popular video game. In addition to McElhenney, who stars as the fictional company’s creative director, Ian Grimm, the ensemble cast also includes Academy Award-winner F. Murray Abraham, Danny Pudi, Imani Hakim, Charlotte Nicdao, David Hornsby, Ashly Burch, and Jessie Ennis. All nine, half-hour episodes of the live-action comedy debut globally today.

Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made (Disney+) - This new original movie, directed by award-winning filmmaker Tom McCarthy, is based on the best-selling book of the same name, and follows the hilarious exploits of a quirky, deadpan hero, Timmy Failure. Timmy, along with his 1,500-pound polar bear partner Total, operates Total Failure Inc., a Portland detective agency.

Into the Dark: My Valentine (Hulu) - This installment follows Valentine, whose songs and artistic identity have been stolen by her ex-boyfriend and manager, and pasted onto his new girlfriend, Trezzure. The three of them find themselves locked together in a small concert venue after hours, and they confront the scars of the past.
