Council of Dads (8 p.m., NBC) - In this heartfelt new show’s finale, Anthony arrives in time to rescue Robin and Theo, Oliver must deliver Sage’s baby, and the Perry kids grapple with the news about Luly. Let’s hope they wrap it all up with one least tearjerker because NBC recently canceled “Council of Dads” — so no renewal, no second season.

Mountain Men (9 p.m., History) - In North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains, Eustace and Raleigh track a rogue black bear that’s been raiding a neighbor’s home.

Undercover Chef (10 p.m., Food) - In the first episode of this new series, restaurateur Mark Estee heads to Missouri to meet with the owner of NautiFish, a lakeside restaurant struggling to stay inn business. Mark sets up hidden cameras to learn the truth behind the restaurant’s failures.
