What to Watch on Friday: ‘Treehouse Masters’ builds in NC
Treehouse Masters (10 p.m., Animal Planet) – Sir Pete and the knights of the treehouse embark on a quest to Waxhaw, N.C., to build a jolly good English cottage in the trees for Gwen and Alan, a couple who lives on idyllic Storybook Farm. The couple’s livestock restricts them from getting away for vacations, so it’s up to Pete to build them a stay-cation destination right in their own backyard. To give the new treehouse – equipped with a hanging bed fit for a queen; a kitchen; a generous outdoor deck; and a lofted play zone for kids – an old English feel, Pete and his merry band of treehousers add dovecotes, creating a safe habitat for area birds.
