Running Wild with Bear Grylls (10 p.m., NBC) – Bear and basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal are lifted from a freight train via helicopter and whisked away to a dense forest in the remote Adirondacks. Once in the woods, they face blood-sucking leeches as they search for their exit.
