What to Watch on Wednesday: Samantha Bee goes ‘Full Frontal’ in the woods

OJ: Made in America (7 p.m., ESPN) - The re-broadcasting of this Oscar-winning documentary continues tonight: Part 3 at 7 p.m., Part 4 at 9 p.m.

Humboldt: Epic Explorer (8 p.m., Smithsonian Channel) - A new docu-drama follows the footsteps of German scientist Alexander von Humboldt who traveled across the South American continent making revolutionary discoveries and insights about the natural world.

PBS NewsHour: Confronting Coronavirus (8 p.m., PBS / UNC-TV) - A repeat of last week’s special report on the COVID-19 coronavirus.

Stumptown (10 p.m., ABC) - In the Season 1 finale, Dex takes matters into her own hands after finding herself the prime suspect in a murder investigation.

Full Frontal with Samantha Bee (10:30 p.m., TBS) - Samantha Bee returns from her coronavirus hiatus with new episodes of her award-winning show, this time recorded from home (it looks like it’s filmed outside, with the episode called “Little Show in the Big Woods”). Bee’s executive producer/husband Jason Jones runs the camera for the episode and their kids are put in charge of cue cards and lighting. “I should really be teaching them math,” Bee says in a promo for the show.
