Real Time with Bill Maher (11 p.m., HBO) - North Carolina’s Rev. William Barber II will be a guest tonight. Barber is the co-chair of the Poor People’s Campaign and the author of the new book, “We Are Called to Be a Movement.” The show is being filmed remotely with virtual interviews. Other scheduled guests are former Republican Governor from Ohio John Kasich, Academy Award-winning director and screenwriter Oliver Stone, and author of “The People, No. A Brief History of Anti-Populism,” Thomas Frank.
