Still A Mystery (9 p.m., Investigation Discovery) - In this new episode, titled “North Carolina Unsolved,” a rookie police officer is heard confronting someone with a gun and is shot in the back of the head — but the DA believes it’s suicide. Also, a Navy veteran is discovered with wounds all over his body, and police think he died of pneumonia. No additional information was available from Discovery, but the first case sounds like the case of Davina “Dee” Buff Jones, a Bald Head Island police officer who was killed there in 1999, and her death was shockingly ruled a suicide. The case is baffling and infuriating — and still unsolved. (We are not familiar with the Navy veteran case.)

Marvel’s Hit-Monkey (Hulu) - In this new animated series, a Japanese snow monkey’s tribe is slaughtered, so he joins forces with the ghost of an American assassin and together, they begin killing their way through the Yakuza underworld. Voiced by George Takei, Jason Sudeikis, Olivia Munn, Ally Maki, Nobi Nakanishi and Fred Tatasciore.
